Group Therapy

Therapeutic groups provide a supportive community where individuals can connect, share experiences, and grow together. Groups are formed around specific themes and populations, offering both structure and flexibility to meet participants’ needs.

Current and upcoming groups will be announced on our website and social media channels.

Art Therapy

As a Board-Certified Art Therapist, Nina incorporates creative expression into the therapeutic process when appropriate. Art therapy offers a unique pathway to access thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may be difficult to put into words, making it particularly effective for trauma work and emotional exploration.

No artistic experience or skill is necessary—the process, not the product, is what matters in art therapy.

Trauma Treatment

Specialized trauma treatment using evidence-based approaches including:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): A structured therapy that helps the brain process traumatic memories in a way that reduces their emotional impact.
  • Somatic Experiencing: A body-oriented approach that helps resolve trauma by releasing physical tension and restoring the nervous system’s natural balance.
  • TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): Addresses the negative impact of trauma on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
  • Sand Tray Therapy: A hands-on therapeutic technique that uses miniature figures and sand to express and explore internal struggles.

Perinatal Mental Health Support

  • Preconception counseling
